setups. Each type BASIC damper is designed exclusively for each application,
and developed for US model vehicles. Uses the same technology and
manufacturing processes as their most sophisticated damper systems but at a

Flex Coilover kit

TEIN has used their years of experience in various moto sports to produce a
kit that provides the ultimate balance between comfort and performance. The
FLEX damper kit features the latest technology for all drivers who are
seeking comfort, performance and adjustability. TEIN has incorporated
separate spring perch height and shell case length adjustment which allows
the suspension to retain more stroke and allows for more suspension tuning.
The FLEX damper kit includes pillow ball upper mounts, which increase
steering response, 16 levels of dampening force adjustment, and is
compatible with the EDFC (Electronic Dampening Force Controller), for added
convenience and adjustability.

EDFC Unit
for Flex Type Coilovers.
EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller)
makes it possible for the driver to control the damping force by controlling
a motor installed in the shock absorber while being seated in the driver's
seat. Since the damping force can be manually controlled with ease to meet
different situations, the driver can enjoy variations in the suspension
setting. EDFC is developed based on the following concept Easily controlled
from the inside To control the damping force, the driver does not need to
raise the hood or take off rear interior parts such as the speaker board or
rear seat. All a driver is required to do is simply operate a button while
being seated in the driver's seat.
